Bemore was my latest band I played with for 2 years. Playing drums and shooting on a set at the same time was a real challenge! Verses were shot from the same angle using the DJI Ronin in a upside-down setup, using a special plate built by a company called Cinemilled.
Basically I made different shots making the Ronin start always from the same angle. Then after every shot I reset the gimbal. The challenge was finding a solution to a slight difference in the XYZ axis between every clip. The field monitor was not that big and the difference was hard to notice on the set.

At the end, in order to merge perfectly every shot I used widely the "corner pin" effect on After Effects.
If you want to achieve a similar effect, consider to work with green screen or at least with plain backgrounds behind subjects. It will save you a lot of work!
The subject in the foreground is slowly hiding the one in the background. The most difficult part!
